The Director/Pastor of Lower Elementary Children’s Ministries (Little Lights, LL) will serve as a shepherd, teacher, and leader for ODPC’s 1st-3rd grade children. This role provides spiritual leadership, oversees volunteers, partners with parents, and ensures a safe and Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their love for Jesus and His church. As a full-time pastoral position, this role combines weekly teaching, weekday discipleship resource development, major event leadership (VBS, Fall Family Festival, Christmas Program), and pastoral care for children and families.

The Director/Pastor of Upper Elementary Children’s Ministries (Kids for Christ, KfC) will disciple ODPC’s 4th-6th grade children, preparing them for the transition to Youth Ministry. This role includes weekly teaching, curriculum oversight, volunteer leadership, parent equipping, and pastoral care. A distinctive feature of this role is leadership of the annual Mission Possible discipleship program, which trains upper elementary students to follow Christ and live missionally. In addition, the KfC Director/Pastor leads major children’s ministry events (VBS, Fall Family Festival, Christmas Program), supports CM-wide programs, and develops weekday discipleship resources.

The Youth Pastor will be part of a youth ministry team that focuses on fellowship, welcoming, missions, and worship within the youth group. The candidate will dedicate a significant amount of time to supporting adult volunteer teachers and small group leaders, as well as nurturing community and fellowship among both adult and student volunteers. This role will require collaboration with the current youth pastors, providing assistance as needed.
