Apologetics Workshop: Responding to Difficult Questions about Faith |

“How can the Bible, a collection of ancient writings with errors, be from God?” “Doesn’t evolution prove Genesis’ creation story is just a myth?” “If Jesus is the only way, what about sincere believers from other religions?” “How could a loving God send people to a place like hell?” “Why is a good God allowing such pain in my life?” We face these and other difficult questions from those around us and, at times, even from ourselves.
During the first session, we will collect the many difficult questions we face. Then, through the next five, interactive, sessions, we will endeavor to truly listen and understand such questions, train to probe beyond them to deeper questions, and practice responding to them with humility, honesty, integrity and compassion, guided by the Holy Spirit and the Bible. |
